WHERE WE SHIP

Sasttie ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping, and we cannot accept orders with a delivery address outside the United States.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1 business day. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Delivery times above are counted from the day your order ships, not the day it is placed.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see the confirmation email within one business day, please check your spam or promotions folder.

DUTIES, TAXES AND CUSTOMS

Because we ship within the United States only, no import duties or customs charges apply to your order. Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

DELAYS AND LOST PACKAGES

Once a package is with the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. If your tracking has not updated, or your package arrives damaged, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it. We are not able to guarantee carrier delivery dates.
